Privacy Policy

The Pastura app (the "App") is a card game for mobile devices. This Policy describes what data we collect and how we use it.

1. Data we collect

Account data: email address and username on sign-up. When you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your name and email from the provider (with your consent). Apple Sign In allows you to hide your real email — in that case we only receive a relay address.
Gameplay statistics: number of games played, wins, scores, achievements.
Avatar: profile picture if you upload one from your device's gallery.
Push token: device identifier used to deliver notifications (with your consent).
Diagnostics: automatically collected crash, performance and error reports to improve app stability. These reports are not linked to your account.
Reports: when you report a player, we store who reported whom, the reason you selected, the room code and the text of the message you pointed at. These records are visible only to us and are used to review violations.
IP address: visible to the game server when you connect, and used to rate-limit connections so the server cannot be overloaded. We do not store it separately or share it.

2. How we use the data

To run online mode and save your progress.
To display your profile to other players (name, avatar, online status).
To send push notifications about game events.
To diagnose errors and improve the app.
To review reports about player behaviour and restrict access for offenders.

3. Data storage

Account data and gameplay statistics are stored on Supabase (PostgreSQL) servers in secure cloud infrastructure. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text.

4. Third parties

We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising. Data is shared only with the following services required to operate the app:

Supabase — data storage and authentication (policy).
Expo — push notification delivery (policy).
Sentry — crash and performance reports (policy).
Google — if you sign in with Google (policy).
Apple — if you use Sign in with Apple (policy).

5. Device permissions

Photos and media: requested only when uploading an avatar. We only access the image you explicitly selected.
Notifications: requested to deliver game push notifications. Can be disabled in your device settings.

6. Data deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data directly in the app: Profile → "Delete account". Deletion is immediate. Backups are purged within 30 days. You may also email garoadler@icloud.com.

7. Children

The app is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

8. Changes

We may update this Policy. The current version is always available at pastura.online/privacy/en.
